07 Apr, 2008 10:39 AM
The Parabanks shopping centre in Adeladie's northern suburbs has been sold for $87.5 million.

Diversified property company Stockland Ltd has sold the shopping centre to raise money to invest elsewhere.

Stockland sold the Parabanks shopping centre, which comprises more than 23,800 square metres of retail space and includes Woolworths and Coles as tenants, the Sydney-headquartered company said today.

Stockland bought the centre in 2003 for $57 million.--AAP
