A man accused of murdering his mother will stand trial in Mount Gambier in South Australia's south-east today.
Matthew Heyward and co-accused Jeremy Minter are due to answer charges of murdering Glenys Heyward in the South Australian Supreme Court.
Glenys Heyward was allegedly killed in Mount Gambier in 2007.
Her body was found four months later buried at a remote property in western Victoria.
Matthew Heyward's father Neil Heyward was also charged with the murder but hanged himself in jail last year. A murder count against Matthew's brother Thomas was dropped.
